108年度全國志願服務獎勵辦法開始申請囉，請符合資格的志工夥伴踴躍申請！

※注意事項如下：

(一) 受理時間：請於108年6月28日(星期五)前送運用單位辦理。

(二) 獎勵等次：

1.服務時數3,000小時以上，頒授志願服務績優銅牌獎。

2.服務時數5,000小時以上，頒授志願服務績優銀牌獎。

3.服務時數8,000小時以上，頒授志願服務績優金牌獎。

(三) 時數計算期間：自90年1月22日起至108年5月31日止期間之服務時數

(四) 應備文件：

1.志願服務獎勵事蹟表

2.志願服務機效證明書(由運用單位開立)

3.志願服務手冊影本(正反面及內頁)
